Laura Frelich
Laura is an alumnus of Appleton West High School and the Renaissance School for the Arts. She continued her education by receiving her Associates Degree from UW Fox Valley and received her BA in Theatre from UW Eau Claire. She mainly focused on acting while at West and Renaissance and also participated in the Summer Shakespeare Theatre Program every summer. While studying at UW Eau Claire, she had the opportunity to start exploring other roles in theatre and found a passion for directing. Since moving back to the Fox Valley, Laura has had the chance to direct Moon Over Buffalo for Riverside Players in Neenah and to start directing two straight shows a year at Neenah High School. Her most recently directed show at Neenah was Mary Zimmerman’s The Secret in the Wings. Some of her favorite acting credits include: Othello (Desdemona), And Then There Were None (Dr. Armstrong), The Love of the Nightingale (Philomele), The Spitfire Grill (Percy), and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time (Judy).
